Mash Recipies

Reheating Mashed Potatoes

One way of reheating mashed potatoes is to add some milk and a couple of teaspoons of butter to you mash and cook on high in the microwave for a few minutes, stirring frequently.

Another way to reheat mashed potato is to place them in an ovenproof dish, dollop some butter over the top, cover with foil and place in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes on a medium heat. Be generous with your butter, because it does tend to dry out.

Alternatively, instead of reheating mashed potatoes, you could try one of the following recipes, all of which use leftover mashed potatoes as a base.
