This is a simple celeriac mash recipe is both easy to make and delicious. A good rule of thumb when making celeriac mash is to add about two thirds as much celeriac as potato. If you’d like to try something a little sweeter perhaps the Sweet Potato Mash with Celeriac recipe is for you
Ingredients:
2 Celeric roots, peeled and cubed
6 potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt & Pepper
Method: 1. Place the prepared potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water; add a pinch of salt.
2. Once the pan begins to boil add the celeriac and cook for 20 minutes approximately, until tender.
3. Drain well and return to pan
4. Add the milk and butter, and mash
5. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
6. Enjoy
