Rutabagas make a wonderful mash so make sure to make plenty! Remember that Rutabaga Mash freezes well - so make even more!
Ingredients:
4 largish Rutabagas
1cup of Milk
2-3 tablespoons of butter
Seasonings
Method:1. Peel the Rutabagas
2. Bring to the boil and cook till done
3. Strain, and return to the pot.
4 Mash , gradually adding the milk and butter
5. Season with some fresh chives and Enjoy
