Mustard Mash

When making Mustard Potato Mash keep a tea towl handy…. You’re sure to drool when the mustard aroma’s tickle your nose.


Ingredients:
6 mid-sized potatoes, washed and peeled
Milk
1/2 a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons worsteshire
Tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

    1. Cube the potatoes and cook till done
    2. Drain and mash along with the mustard, milk, cheddar, and worsteshire until smooth and creamy
    3. Season to taste
    4. Serve warm, and enjoy with some Italian sausages
