Spinach is a great source of vitamin C and a great addition to any meal. So make sure you eat plenty of spinach potato mash to keep the winter colds at bay!
Ingredients:
6 mid-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
11/2 cups of milk.
Tablespoon of butter
A couple of handfuls of spinach
salt and pepper to taste.
Method:1. Boil the potatoes until soft
2. Mash with milk and butter.
3. Stir in the spinach
4. Season to personal taste
5. Eat and Enjoy
