Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Cheese mashed potatoes is a real crowd pleaser. Just make sure that you make enough to reheat for the next night.



Ingredients:
8 - 10 medium sized potatoes
1/2 a cup of cream cheese, softened
1/2 a cup of sour cream
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
Pepper and slat

Method:

    1. Preheat oven on a medium-high heat
    2. Peel wash the potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces.
    3. Cover with cold water, bring to boil and cook till done.
    4. Strain and in a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
    5. Mash the mixture till light and fluffy.
    6. Turn mixture into a buttered baking dish, top with cheddar and cook in the oven till top browns up.
    7. Serve and enjoy.
