The Boursin Mashed Potatoes is great when served with a tender grilled steak
with a side serve of baby carrots and peas. Or simply eat it by itself!
Ingredients:
6-8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
1-1/4 cups Boursin cheese with garlic & herbs
1/2 cup of Milk
Method:1. Place the potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil.
2. Once cooked, then strain and mash the potatoes until smooth adding the cheese until it is thoroughly incorporated.
3. Thin the mixture as required by beating in the milk and season
with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Enjoy your Boursin Mashed Potatoes!
