Lowfat Garlic Mashed Potatoes

If you are concerned about your weight, but still want to enjoy a naughty tasting mash then this lowfat mashed potato recipe is the perfect solution.


Ingredients:
8 potatoes, peeled and washed and cut
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
4 tablespoons of lowfat yogurt
pinch of salt
milk

Method:

    1. Cover the potatoes and garlic with some salty water and boil till done
    2. Drain and mash, adding the sour cream and yogurt. Adjust texture with milk as required.
    3. Season with a little cracked pepper and Enjoy.
