Ingredients:
Cooked meat juices
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of Brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Raisins
300 ml Guinness
Chopped parsley
Method: 1. To the juices of the meat add the raisions and brown sugar
2. Pour in the Guinness, cover and simmer over a low heat. Allow to reduce, stiring occasionally
3. Add flour a beat in, until mixture thickens.
4. Pepper to taste

Mashed Potato Gravy Recipe |
This delectable mashed potato gravy recipe is another easy and quick way to make great tasting gravy. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself going back for seconds and thirds. If you don’t have a spare packet of onion soup mix sitting in your pantry you could try substituting it with some vegetable stock or try using this other gravy recipe here
Ingredients:
Juices from cooked meat
2 tablespoons of self-raising flour
1 can of mushroom soup
1 packet of onion soup mix
Method:1. Pour any juices from your cooked meat into a bowl and

Juices from cooked meat
2 - 3 tablespoons self-raising flour
vegetable or beef stock
dash red wine
salt and pepper
Method:1. To the cooked meat juices add flour to and stir thorough. If still a little thin add a little more flour until it thickens. Continue stirring the whole time.
2. Add the beef stock, or vegetable – what ever you’ve got at hand.
3. If you’ve got an open bottle of wine sitting on the shelf then add a dash to the gravy 4. Add pepper and salt to taste.
