Skin On Mashed Potatoes

Cooking a potato mash with the skin left on is a fantastic flavoursome variation on the standard mashed potato recipe.


Ingredients:
4 to 5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon of salt
7 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 a Cup Of Cream
1/2 a Cup Of Milk
Salt and pepper, to suit taste


Method:
    1. Leaving the skins on cut the potatoes into quarters.
    2. Cook until tender
    3. Then drain and add butter, salt and pepper
    4. Add the cream and milk
    5. Then, add the baking powder
    6. Whisk furiously with a fork until fluffy.
    7. Enjoy!
