Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Of all the cheeses you can add to mashed potatoes, cheddar would have to be one of my favourites. If desired, you could serve your Cheddar Mashed Potatoes with an additional dob of butter on the top. Yummy!


Ingredients:
8-10 mashing potatoes
1 cup of milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoon of English mustard
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Garlic powder, Pepper

Method:

    1. Peel cube and wash potatoes. Once cooked Remove from heat, mash and add, milk, cheese, mustard and eggs until well blended.
    2. Add pepper and garlic powder to taste. Turn potatoes into a casserole dish, and dot with butter.
    3. Bake at on a medium high heat until cooked through.
    4. Enjoy your delicious cheddar mashed potatoes!
