Feta Potato Mash with Black Olives

This mashed potato recipe has a delightful Mediterranean twist with the addition of feta and beautiful black olives. Serve with fresh salad and some tuscan spiced fish for an easy and delicious meal.


Ingredients:
4-6 medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter.
1 glass of milk or cream
A handful of pitted Kalamata Olives
Small block of Feta Cheese
Extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

    1. Wash then peel the potatoes. Finley dice.
    2. Boil and then, once cooked, add the butter milk/cream and Mash until light and fluffy
    3. season with bepper and slat to tatse
    4. Stiur in the Olives and Feta
    5. Drizzle with extra virgin Olive Oil to serve
