Ingredients:
6 potatoes
1/2 buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons of butter
Seasoning
Method:1. Peel, wash and cube the potatoes.
2. Place the potatoes in a medium pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are done.
3. Mix the buttermilk and baking soda and beat into the potatoes
4. Season to taste and beat the butter into the potatoes.
5. Your Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes are ready to be enjoyed!
