I love Parmesan Mashed Potatoes. Great when served with a couple of spicy Italian pork sausages.
Ingredients:
4-6 mashing potatoes
2 large cloves garlic
1/3 cup milk
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Method:1. Peel the potatoes, and carefully wash
2. Boil until done (Pierce a potato with a fork; if it's ready it slides off.). Strain
3. Mash well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add milk, cheese
5. Garnish with some flat leaf parsley and Enjoy
